My November babies

How can it be that I have a 5 year old and a 8 year old?! Time... time must slow down. It's hard on my mama's heart. This year, instead of parties, I let the kids pick an activity. We spend their actual birthdays at home, together, in our pj's.  They made their own desserts. They played with their new toys and video game. We did a whole lot of nothing. Life is sweet. Here are some bits and pieces of their birthday week. I love my "big kids!"
